Pure Barre Clearwater – Barre Tender (Sales & Member Experience)

Pure Barre Clearwater is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Barre Tender to be the face of our studio. This role combines exceptional customer service, relationship building, and sales. You'll help prospective members discover Pure Barre while creating an outstanding experience for our existing community.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome members and guests with a warm, positive attitude
- Conduct studio tours and introduce prospects to Pure Barre
- Convert leads into memberships and retail sales
- Follow up with inquiries, trial clients, and former members
- Assist with community outreach and local events
- Build relationships that foster member retention
- Support instructors and studio operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
What We're Looking For:
- Sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for health, wellness, and community
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with confidence in achieving sales goals
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or a combination
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in boutique fitness
- Knowledge of Pure Barre or active participation in classes
- Social media and community networking experience
